
Commercial Manager
Location: Athens or Piraeus, Greece

Role Description
We are seeking a highly proactive Commercial Manager with a strong commercial mindset and proven experience in the maritime sector.
The successful candidate will drive business development, manage key client relationships, and support the company's growth. Based in Athens / Piraeus with regular international travel, the role is strategic and hands-on, focusing on market expansion, contract negotiation, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Define, develop, and execute the agency’s commercial strategy in line with corporate objectives

Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets

Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and key accounts

Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers, tenders, and agreements

Represent the Agency at the industry events and client meetings
-
Work closely with the operations office to ensure alignment with client requirements

Track commercial performance and prepare regular sales, market, and forecasting reports

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in a senior commercial or business development role, preferably within shipping

Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset

Full professional proficiency in English

Availability and willingness to travel internationally

Excellent negotiation, management skills

Ability to operate independently

High level of responsibility, autonomy, and strategic involvement
